Importance of Mahram for women during her travels

  Ibn 'Abbas' authority is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that "  the woman should only travel with her Mahram ", hadith reported by Boukari and Muslim.
 There is also a hadeeth reported by Abu Hurairah, that Allah be pleased with it, saying: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that he   "  is not Allowed any woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel without Mahram for a distance that requires one day and one night . " (This hadeeth is also reported by Bukhari and Muslim)
These two hadiths expressly instructed the woman to abstain from traveling alone, without Mahram . The words of the hadith" a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day" is not permitted to address the believers. They are therefore the ones who are targeted and they are the ones who benefit from it and   therefore   have to submit to it. It is true that the legislator warns only against something which involves a sure or in any event probable harm. In this case, the damage and harm is as clear as it is dangerous for the safety of Muslim women, for the preservation of her chastity and for the protection of her own person.That is why the Legislator has not forbidden her To travel but he forbade her to   travel   without Mahram.
