Importance of Mahram for women during her travels

The adoption
of a Mahram for women denotes equitable legislation that seeks to give it
special consideration. For best umrah packages Umrah Package December 2017.
Ibn
'Abbas' authority is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) said that " the woman should
only travel with her Mahram ", hadith reported by Boukari and Muslim.
There is also a hadeeth reported by Abu
Hurairah, that Allah be pleased with it, saying: The Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him) said that he
" is not Allowed any woman
who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel without Mahram for a distance
that requires one day and one night . " (This hadeeth is also reported by
Bukhari and Muslim)
These two
hadiths expressly instructed the woman to abstain from traveling alone, without
Mahram . The words of the hadith" a woman who believes in Allah and the
Last Day" is not permitted to address the believers. They are therefore
the ones who are targeted and they are the ones who benefit from it and therefore
have to submit to it. It is true that the legislator warns only against
something which involves a sure or in any event probable harm. In this case,
the damage and harm is as clear as it is dangerous for the safety of Muslim
women, for the preservation of her chastity and for the protection of her own
person. That is why the Legislator has not forbidden her To travel but he
forbade her to travel without Mahram.
